Full-Length Measuring©
Other electronic measurers can not measure more than 500mm length accurately, due to the longer the measuring, the less the sensitivity. However, PastureGauge have a unique component, which lets the Gauge measure right up to the handle. This feature is particularly important with grasses in North and South America, which grow to lengths much greater than 500mm.
The above features are unique to our models and ensure that PastureGauge is the most accurate system available.
Software
PGCom© and OptiFeed© is our 32-bit Windows software which is included with all models. It is try-before-you-buy. PGCom© lets you enter data from Pal semi automatically or Senior/Deluxe automatically to your PC. This information can be used by most farm programs, but we recommend for compatibility to use OptiFeed©, which comes with PGCom©: OptiFeed© transforms your valuable data into graphical results. This is probably the most valuable part of our system because it takes grass and weather data and puts it into practical use.

Note there are 2 models which use the same computer. Our Delux model has additional features to above: Farm totals, cover, feedbudget/growth, break size calculation, full version PGCom© upload and Optifeed feedbudget software, and more.
